How we assess listings
Transparency about where data comes from — and what we deliberately never do.
Source classification
Every source is reviewed and classified: green (established portal with verification practices), yellow (legitimate but limited control), red (high scam risk), or licensed (formal agreement). Only approved sources are used for monitoring and alerts.
What we fetch
We fetch only the structured fields needed for assessment — address, price, size, status. Every field has provenance: which source and when. We never bypass login, CAPTCHA, or paywalls.
What we never store
We never store third-party images, floor plans, or complete listing texts. Personal contact details of private landlords are masked.
Cautious assessments
Our signals are indicators, not verdicts. We always show uncertainty and encourage verification through official channels.
Corrections and removal
Are you a landlord or portal and believe something is wrong? Use the corrections page — every request is reviewed by a human.
