Privacy and your data
The final privacy policy is under legal review. Here is what we actually do today — in plain language.
What we store
Your account (name, email), your renter profile if you create one, the listing links you check, and your applications and notes in the tracker.
What we never do
We never sell your data, never store images or full listing texts from other sites, and never use your applications to train models.
Your rights
You can export or delete your data any time from your profile. Questions or corrections: use the corrections page.

How long we keep data
Proposed retention (pending final approval): accounts for the life of the account plus 30 days after deletion; renter profile versions 90 days; listing checks 12 months; applications and tracker 24 months; raw analytics events 90 days; billing records 5 years (Danish Bookkeeping Act). You can always delete sooner from your profile.
Where data is processed
The service runs on Cloudflare Workers (global edge network). The database is hosted on a dedicated server in the EU (Hetzner, Germany/Finland). Transactional email is sent via Maileroo. No data is sold or shared with advertisers.
Status: pending legal approval before launch. Company details are proposed, not yet confirmed.
